Impact starts with ourselves.
That is why we are curious and eager to learn. We take initiative, keep developing ourselves and, as colleagues, we inspire each other.
Responsibility.
Within EnergyVision, responsibility is not a hollow concept. In teams and departments, everyone takes responsibility for his/her projects, we think proactively and work together. We work under the motto "say what you do and do what you say". Together, we dare to decide, but also work and celebrate.
Simplicity pays off.
Our offer is simple and clear: we unburden our customers. No surprises, small print, no pesky issues or changes after a deal is done. No hassles. We talk problems out. That's how things stay simple.
Dare to change.
We think along with customers in a changing world. We make adjustments where necessary. The whole world is changing - we do not stand still.
2. Integrity: we are integrity and authentic
Our focus is on solutions.
Don't focus on problems. We think about how to improve things. Consultation with colleagues is important: we encourage employees to dare to make their own proposals or suggest alternatives.
One in diversity.
We work together regardless of origin, gender, age, religion, background or conviction. That diversity is just enriching. We work towards the same goal and write the same story, whatever location we are active in within the group. We listen to each other and respect each other.
Passion.
Passion for our clients and projects. We love what we do and we do it with conviction.
Modesty adorns.
We help each other, we don't tolerate cliques or egos. We are not afraid to make mistakes (we learn from them). Authenticity pays off.
3. Transparency: clarity and openness are crucial.
We encourage openness.
Do not shield issues from colleagues and look beyond our own island or department.
We call for clarity.
Clear and straightforward information, to our colleagues, to our customers, to everyone.
We share info with each other.
Sharing information among ourselves promotes efficiency, is enriching and produces better results in our teams. We'd rather send one cc too many than too few.
"Be welcome" is part of our corporate culture.
There is little hierarchy in the company: management is there when things go wrong, to take responsibility. We dare to jump and try - neither threshold fear nor stage fright are necessary here.
